Health benefits of dates

Dates really are the magical fruit. They'll full of natural sugars like glucose, fructose, and sucrose. They'll give you a little extra sugar boost if you're feeling that mid afternoon crash. They're rich in potassium which helps with any bowl issues like diarrhea. If you're low on iron, snack on a couple dates, they've been known to help treat anemia.

health benefits of beans

It's not often that I cook with Navy Beans, I typically reach for other beans when I'm shopping in the grocery store. Navy Beans are probably one of the healthies beans out there though. Navy beans are an excellent source of dietary fiber and a very good source of both folate and manganese. They are also a good source of many minerals including copper, phosphorus, magnesium and iron. In addition, navy beans are a good source of protein and vitamin B1.
