What you'll need

Cutting board
measuring cup
measuring spoons
food processor

Combine all ingredients into food processor and pulse until mixture forms a ball.

Press mixture into 8 inch square pan. Flatten with parchment paper.coconut/chia or mulberry. Garnish with  Keeps for 1 week or a month in freezer.

12 medjool dates pitted
5 tbs coconut butter
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp green cardamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
3 tbs ashwaganda powder
