Cheese sauce
 1 cup boiled potatoes
3/4 cup boiled carrots
2 tbs Save some water from cooked veg.
 60ml sunflower oil
1 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp salt
2 tsp arrowroot
3 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
 1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbs apple cider vinegar
Pinch of black pepper
