Simply the Best - Banana Protein Cookies.
As I was preparing for my West Coast Tour I needed some snacks for the road. I made these the night before I left and they've been the perfect energy boost along the way. You'll never regret planning your snacks and meals ahead of a work trip or family vacation. Everyone knows the worst diet decisions we make are when we're already hungry.
Recipe for Banana Protein Cookies:
1 cup oats
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
3 scoops Iron Vegan Protein Powder (Vanilla)
1/2 cup hemp seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 walnut on top of each cookie
Mix all ingredients together. Create palm size cookies (as shown in photo). Place into a dehydrator for 6+ hours at 140'.
