New Year, New You! Most of us start the new year off with some big dreams and goals but the resolutions quickly lose momentum if they aren't realistic. Amanda joined me on CTV this morning, since she started training with me she's down 100 pounds! Her success is attributed to her hard work, "never give" up attitude and high interval training sessions. Last month Jason Pires asked about high intensity interval training (HIIT). It is one of the best ways to get fit fast, and stay fit! It's the perfect training plan for people who are busy and are limited with time. Here's an example of high intensity interval training I program for clients in the Mandy Gill APP. 

Time: 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, 8 rounds. It's called Tabata. 

4 different exercises: 
Walk Down Push Ups
Jackknife get ups
Kick Through
Squat Twists
