It's hard to stay motivated in the Fall when the weather starts to gloom and the air gets colder. My solution is remodelling everyday workouts and enhance them with items around the house. Grab anything nearby that is weighted, find some space on the floor, and go for it! Who says you have to leave the house to fit in a good workout?!
