Squats are one of the most effective exercise moves for your body. They target areas including: glutes, thighs, hamstrings and back. Though these are the primary muscles that get worked, they actually provide a larger range of results. If ever needed to prioritize a movement, let it be squats.

If you ever get bored of the same thing, you can mix up the variations of your squat in a multitude of ways.


Squat Routine:

* Do 5 rounds of 10 each time
* 50 jumping jacks in between

  • Regular Squats
  • Sumo Squats
  • Pulse Squats
  • Jump Squats

Choosing Bikini Empire was an easy route when I found out that they are an ethical brand.
