Have you made any plans for Father's Day yet? Coming up this month is the time to show your dad/stepdad/grandpa how strong they have made you, literally. What better way to do that then with a fitness routine you can conquer together.

Get your family ready, no equipment necessary and have fun getting active! Studies have shown that children who have active parents are more likely to be active themselves. So, to the dad's out there, let's show your kids what you're made of!

ROUTINE


Pop Up With Pops

  • Lean on the palms of your hands in a planking position.
  •  In one motion, bring your knees to your chest and stand up right.
  •  For a more strenuous workout jump up right instead of standing upright.
  •  Repeat 10 times.

Jumping Jacks & Jills

  • Stand in an upright position.
  • Jump up while spreading your legs out and moving your arms in.
  • Repeat 10 times.

Super Fit Sit-Ups

  • Lay on your back with a partner at your feet.
  • Have your partner grab your ankles.
  • Lift your upper body to touch your knees.
  • Lay back into your original position.
  • Repeat 10 times.

Squat + High Five

  • Stand face to face with your partner at arms reach apart. 
  • Squat down together at the same time
  • Stand up together to finish the squat at the top & high five
  • Repeat 10 times.

*workout can be performed 3-5 times!  

Arm Wrestle! 
Lay on the floor, and countdown from 3, 2, 1...GO!
