I've been asked a lot of questions about my personal meal prep and food lifestyle recently. Here is an example of a quick, 20-minute meal prep favourite I call the "Buddha Bowl". It is made with all plant-based ingredients and pack-filled with nutrients.


Ingredients:

Yam
Brussel Sprouts
Kale
Beets
Cherry Tomatoes
Hemp Hearts
Avocado
Chickpeas
