15 push-ups
15 reps dumbbell fly
15 reps dumbbell row
15 reps plank jacks

Legs - 12 min

3 rounds:
20 lunges with weight
20 pulse right in lunge
20 pulse left in lunge
20 squats sumo
20 pulse in sumo

3 rounds:
20 thrusters
20 calf extensions
20 leg lifts
football stance with plank

Abs - 12 min

3 rounds:
20 Russian twists
20 in and out
30 second hold in boat
30 second plank

3 rounds:
30 second left plank
30 second right plank
30 bicycle crunches (l+r = 1)
30 mountain climbers (l+r = 1)
