Holiday workouts - Onesie not included!
With all the holiday parties and delicious treats within arms reach, December is the best month to make sure you don't get off track.
The average person gains 6 pounds over the holidays, my best advice is to make sure you workout in the morning, first thing, that will set the tone for the rest of the day! If you're going to Christmas parties, it also doesn't hurt to eat before you leave the house. That way when you arrive to the event you're not starving and reaching for something that you'll regret later. If you have dietary restrictions you can also bring your own food with you so you KNOW there will be something you can eat.
