Winter Adventure Week
We have had a fabulous winter this year in Vancouver. Once we realized the abundance of snow was here to stay, we knew it was a season for the slopes.
A lot of the time we don't think of snowboarding or skiing as a full body workout. It only seems we remember the next day when we wake up sore from head to toe. You use the muscles in your legs and core to navigate; and the muscles in your arms to push yourself back up from those unavoidable falls.
