Almond Meal Hummus.jpg

Almond Meal

If you make your own nut milk then you know how much left over pulp there is. I am absolutely in love with this recipe where we use the left over pulp to create a delicious and nutritious hummus.

Health benefits of Hummus

Almond meal hummus has all the benefits of almonds and chickpeas which are both high in protein and fibre and are loaded with vitamins and minerals. I love enjoying hummus as a dip but also as a spread on crackers or rice cakes topped with hemp seeds.
